All returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All you need to do is send an email to email@example.com requesting a return and we will process your return as quickly as possible.
While this is a “no questions asked” return policy, we may ask you a few questions to improve our product in an effort to better serve our customers. It will not have an impact on whether or not you are eligible for a full refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from your request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
